High School Freshman, JV, Varsity and College Players

• 6 weeks (6 session) of pro baseball instructions

• 4 hours/session (24 hours of professional baseball training)

• Saturday or Sunday (days alternate every week)

• 1 BRG Pro Instructor for every 6.5 players

• Wood bat (only)

• Speed & Agility

• Baserunning & Basestealing

• Individual position defense skills instructions

• Team defense strategy

• Tee, soft toss and bunt station

• BP with mental approach training

• Player assessment and exit evaluation*optional charge

• SIM/PUG (scout ball format games) *optional charge

• Scouts Hour pitchers vs hitters (must be selected)

• BRG Dri-fit & hat*

• Scouts and College Recruiters (invited with on field access)
