Welcome to the home of the Amateur-to-pro baseball player development offerings of Baseball Resource Group, A Southern California Based Non-Profit whose mission is to Train, develop, mentor and inspire student athletes in their pursuit to play pro Baseball through the route of college.

WHO WE ARE & WHAT WE DO
The amateur-to-pro baseball player development offerings are services of the community baseball organization Baseball Resource Group, a California non-profit corporation founded by former MLB scouts, coaches, and players whose mission is to provide opportunities for student baseball athletes. BRG’s goal is to provide optimum competition, training, and development to expose players to some of the industry's best talent, college recruiters, and pro scouts. Players will have an opportunity to train, develop, and be mentored by former and current MLB/MiLB players, coaches, and scouts. With a combined pro experience of over 150 years, BRG is a resource of knowledge of the game, the baseball industry, and a network of former/current professional players, scouts, and coaches giving back to our local communities in a village-like environment.
"It truly takes a village!"
-Izzy, Executive Director
"BRG is providing a rare opportunity for HS players to train, develop and compete against some of the best upcoming and present talent in S. California in a great atmosphere around positive instructors, coaches, and people. They provide an atmosphere where you can be honestly evaluated by pro coaches, instructors and scouts, and at the same time improve your game. Bring your A-game, and A-attitude, and always hustle and have fun!"
